I’d like to welcome you and your child to the 23 -24 school year.  I look forward to providing a positive learning environment and encouraging a love of learning for your child this year.  This is my twenty- fourth year in education and thirteenth year teaching our "amazing" second graders!

This year our class theme will highlight how important BEES are to our world. The theme is inspired by the book, Give Bees a Chance, by Bethany Barton. Therefore, it will be a buzzy year of wonderful learning!!

I truly enjoy teaching at Mountain and look forward to making many new memories together. Emailing will be the best method of communicating and I will try my best to always return your messages in a timely manner.  You are also always welcome to give me a call after-school, if that may work better for you. 

I look forward to our partnership in your child's education to ensure they have a successful second grade year!
